Hi,
I have fitted a hydrogen generator to my car. It is a Ford Focus Cmax 1.8 Turbo Diesel 2005 model (UK car).The cells are bubbling away nicely. The problem is my MPG has dropped since installing the system. I had my emissions tested and my CO2 count has doubled with the cells on my car. Which indicates to me that the car is over fuelling. I thought it must have a O2 sensor. I checked over the car and no O2 sensor. Am I right in assuming that it needs a MAF enhancer?? Or could it be something else? I just don't understand how my MAF could be telling the car to add more fuel as I have bypassed it!
Any help would be much appreciated.
