i seen this garden sprayer at harbor freight its non corrosive and 15 gallons with a 12 pump on it, with a drain in the bottom the pump is adjustable up to 40 psi. here is the link for what im talking about http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=9583

I was thinking get 6 4X4 graphite plates and wire it up with its own power supply and alternator. hook up a double bub and water/meth setup

any suggestions on how i could make it

I don't see why not. A bit pricey maybe but definitely worth looking into for a WVI system. If you plan on pumping electrolyte you will want to find out if the pump can handle caustic solutions first. Good find, I might put one on my Christmas list.

harbor freight is having them half off from friday to sunday. saw it at the store and instantly thought about using it as my tank for this project. but looking up to see if the pump can handle caustic solutions.

well if anything you can take the pump off and use it as your electrolizer and have your pump in the bay where it would be injected or hooked up to vac.

well i found just the tank minus the pump and sprayer http://cgi.ebay.com/New-NorthStar-Spot-Sprayer-15-Gallon-Tank_W0QQitemZ260508594886QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_De faultDomain_0?hash=item3ca785b2c6

so i have been searching and only see graphite in wet cell designs. can i use the graphite plates the same way as the ss plates on a dry cell? which would be better 0.125"H x 4"W x 4"L or 0.25"H x 4"W x 4"L? i seen someone posted they were using the 0.25 thick plates.
