vent worries

I am making a dry cell system and was wondering if my water tank which has a secondary bubbler needs a saftey vent as well?

Some folks add a relief valve to their bubblers, others dont. The bubbler is there scrub the HHO gas and to prevent a flashback from blowing up your system. If your bubbler is structurally strong enough to contain a flashback you may not need to worry about it. But if you are using a typical auto water reservoir it is a good move because those bottles do not contain an explosion (I found that one out the hard way).
