I have just bought my 6x6 cells since the 2x6 were to small. I am making a dry cell. I have 10 plates. What is the best configuration for 3LPM??? Is +NNN-NNN+ a good configuration on a dry cell?? It has 2 +, can I do that without creating too much heat??

You wont get 3lpm of HHO from that. You would be doing great to get 2 LPM, 1 LPM from that is more realistic. With only 10 plates you really dont have much options.
-nnn+nnn- = hotter unit, you'll be making some steam
or
+nnnnnn- = cooler unit, taking some time to warm up for production

Get 1 or 3 more plate and go -nnnn+nnnn- or -nnnnn+nnnnn-. You might find you don't need 3lpm.

Can your Alt support 40- 50 amps? If so and you want 3lpm you may want to double this.
