How do you measure 1 or 2 Moles of (KOH or sulfuric acid...)

I was reading where some use 1 mole of KOH. It was also suggested to me recently to use "dilute sulfuric acid - 2 molar solution"

So i would like to know if anyone knows what these ratios are by weight or...?
