HHO Dry Cell 9 Plate KIT $68.99???

So there is a kit on ebay that says they have 316L SS plates. The plates are fairly small (3.5 x3.5) but still that seems really cheap. Do you guys think that this kit is for real? It just seems like how can he make money selling so cheap?

There are a lot of things about it that I like. To be fair, for that price I think you'll get your moneys worth. It's not for me personally, but with a few modifications I'd give the specification a go as a budget kit.

only 2lpm output on it though. Isn't the general rule of thumb 1l of gas per liter of fuel displacement in engine? So if you have a 3.6 liter engine, you'd need at least 3lpm of hho correct?

i've read that so many places, but then again I've read the opposite too.
