HHO Safety

I looked though the forum and I have found the above topic extremely limited. When people new to HHO begin "experimenting" they see a lot of U-tubes, and pix on making more gas & getting more MPG's but they also see things like plasma torches, lighting HHO filled balloons, and flashbacks.
I think it would be of great benefit to enlighten people on the proper uses and equipment that should be used on HHO systems. Topics could include:

How to safely test a flashback arrestor.
Must have equipment (check valves, bubblers, etc.)
Cool but stupid things NOT to attempt.

and other things.
This site is all about education, let's educate on not blowing yourself up!

That's a great idea. It looks like you have a pretty good handle on how to get it started. I'll add stuff as I think of it.
