I got it all together and pressure tested it for leaks. everything is cool. all I need are 2 T's to connect each side. Its 6" tall and 2.5" wide its configured like this +nnn-I-nnn+ I used the silicon curtain that hangs in front of freezers for the gaskets. and the I = a full sheet of that to make it a two sided cell. I did hook one side up and after about 3 minutes I tested the output and got almost 1LPM so It might put out 2LPM when I get it tuned just right. Im going to hook it up tomorrow and just adjust the flow per the KOH mixture. I still need a good PWM and a cap, take a F'n Hint Phill.

Not sure but you gas outlet looks a bit low, placement wise.

It should be at the very highest point possable, almost touching the gasket. Your electrolyte level cant be any higher than the gas outlet. So ...

Yes they are a bit off, but I think you said that the holes were already there as the plates are from a wetcell. It's a good make shift for the moment and if it's giving you more gas than as it was before then it's an improvement anyway.

With the holes not ideally situated it will mostly mean that it acts as a bit of a restriction, which probably isn't a bad idea without a PWM anyway.

.....Gee, I remember my first baby like it was only yesterday!!:)

yea the holes are not where they should be but they where already there. I just had to try a dry cell configuration to see if it would produce more then it did in its wet cell config. and it did. so no harm done. itll work untill i get good dry cell built.
