02 Sensor Extender on 89' Chevy?

Just wondering if i should be using an O2 sensor extender on my 89' EFI chevy 1/2 ton with my two generators? :confused:

I have added an extender to my O2 Sensor today and am going to examine how it operates in my truck. Hopefully it will help with my HHO set-up.
