Who uses a PWM on their cell? Is the wiring easey? Is it just like a pot or a resister that you can turn, you know, something that you can decrease the voltage with?

your not decreasing the voltage.... you are adjusting pulse's of electricity going to the generator. The pot changes the pulse length. the shorter the lenght the less electricity is going to the generator. This helps lower the tempature because it's not drawing a constant amperage, just pulsed.

I use them. They are great for current control. Very easy to wire. and yes they have a pot to adjust your amps. You can find them here.
