built my 7th gen 2 L/M @ 18 amps. was pleased but upper half cell dry. replaced water in hose from 3/8 hose to 1/2 hose to increase water to use more surface area of plate. cell fills better am down to 1/2 L/M @ 14 amps. used same eletrolite only removed 1 end plate and enlarged hole for inlet and reassemble. can't get back up to 18 amps or L/M??? any ideas??
