In need of definate answers to build the right dry cell

I have been researching for the past 12 months. I want to build a dry cell but due to conflicting info:confused: from so called experts, I am waiting to get definate answers without compromize and incorrect info.

Plates 316ss:Some say perforated cathodes produce more hydrogen others flat plate?

Neutral Plates:NN, NNN, NNNN, NNNNN, NNNNNN?

Plate spaceing:Some say narrow others wide?

NaOH or KOH?

I intent to fit cell to a 1993 Landrover Disco 2.5 diesel TDi turbo: Some say I should feed at air filter before intercooler others say I should feed direct to the inlet manifold?

Is there any one who can give me definate answers or any other forums that could lead me in the right path?

What is the best car to have? Their is no one answer. Same with electrolyse rs. bottom line if you are trying to get the best MMW possible out of a electrolyzer then your never finish building it. Their will always e something else you want to try. But if you could be satisfied with a 5 MMW cell that produces the amount of HHO you want then that a lot easier.
