Your "at pump" test results could be off by as much as 10%
I ran across and gas station maintenance tech at a QT yesterday. Asked him about their gas pump calibration techniques. He told me something interesting that is worth sharing. They dont have to recalibrate there pumps unless they are off more than + or - 5%. So using the same pump when testing MPG turns out to be more important than i previously thought. FWIW
