Why is this "Smack" guy even a voice in hydrogen? I've seen numerous videos of his, and again, he impressed me. How can anyone really think Dennis Lee is legit even with all the crap he's scammed people with in the past?

It's people like Smack and Dennis Lee that perpetuate ignorance, and make the HHO community look like a bunch of scammers and idiots.

I have never seen Smack post any information about EGT readings. I suspect he has leaned out his engine to where he actually is getting better MPGs. But, how much damage is he doing to his engine? He truly believes his system works, but without the EGT readings I wouldn't trust it.

I will give him credit for one thing though. He did post a .pdf file that talked about current flow through a cell. His early switch plate cell design was easy to build and relatively inexpensive. It was definitely a stepping stone on my learning path.

Like him or hate him... Smack is who he is.

Smack is one of the leaders in our field. We should be thanking him for standing up amongst a world of cowards who are afraid to speak out on our behalf. Big Oil would quickly give money to the campaign advertising accounts of our corrupt and dishonest politicians, for them to outlaw our technology. That is without enough people like YOU, ME, SMACK, ZERO, and many others who are NOT afraid to stand up and tell the truth (and show the truth) in a world of paid propaganda by special interests and all that bow, cower and take money from them.

KUDOS TO SMACK and all the other honest leaders in our field, for standing up and doing the right thing.

Yeah... I just hate seeing scams. This guy on NBC, and to me, Smack too. I've explained, in detail, some things about HHO. He insists that somehow "magnetic field alignment" is why he's getting better MMW results with a cell design of his. I've explained why he is getting better results(due to lower current density, resulting in lower power loss), but he keeps insisting it's something to do with magnetic fields.

I could be totally wrong, but to me, someone that insists on bogus science, and is selling some kind of "boosters", just screams scam in my opinion. But whatever, I don't mean to get off on that whole bilge. I'm just sick of seeing so many people only looking to make a buck, with the disguise of being a leader in this field. Science is key to all this, and convincing people of hard, true, science is the only way. Not BS magnetic field theories with no basis.

Smack has been all over the map with his claims.

He is attempting to be honest, but he is not 100% accurate.

I admire his work ethic and many of his videos.

What bothers me is that he skirts around PM and OU.

Also, when he says "Think outside the box".

IMO Outside the box means, outside of well established Scientific principles.

For example, he posted a video about his pickup truck claiming an 86% MPG increase. (IICRC) What happened with the 86% truck?

He now claims 16% in his car.

Is the 16% from moisture, HHO, or EFIE?

I believe that an ICE can safely run leaner than 14.7:1.

Restricted air engines controlled by an ECU run at 14.7:1.

Restricted air engines (RA) can be made to run leaner than 14.7:1 and be cooler than without restriction.

I am fairly certain that HHO will reduce emissions.

I believe that 15% MPG increase with RA/HHO could make the difference in saving fuel and lowering the emissions.

Smack is wrong when he said the ends don't justify the means in regards to the program To catch a predator. I don't care what means are used if you get some of these PERVERTS off the streets! :mad: I wish more of these perverts would resist arrest, so I could watch, with great pleasure, them getting their butts woooooped!
