Hi::)
I made an hho generator with SS 316L plates with this configuration:

+nn-nn+nn-nn+

A 30 amp thermal fuse auto shut off/on was installed but still getting hot to cut down current when fuse heats. A 30 amps relay was installed, too.

I was thinking to change config plates to +nnn-nnn+nnn-nnn+
Will this lower down temperature?
I am using 1 tbsp of KOH per gallon of water on mixture.
Anyone can help me lower the temp?
:confused:

I am looking if someone had the email of adminguy or hydrogas labs from ebay, will appreciate if you share it with me.

Thanks,
Ernie.

Not an expert here, but you need more neutral plates. I'm running 5 N's myself, +NNNNN-NNNNN+NNNNN- is my set up.

bigjim is correct. Add 3 more neutral plates for each +- and your problem will go away.

Are you using 12Volts or 13 or 14 or 15 that will also change how many n plates you need

Hey All,

Will adding more "n" plates decrese production?
Do you have to add more KOH to compensate?

Thanks

Yes, The more neutrals you run the stronger electrolite you will need to run. As the voltage per plate gap lowers the water needs to be more conductive.
