Sig Youngs latest Electrolyzer. $$$$ Wonder why he used SS 304 for the end plates... $$$$

20 gage 316L stainless steel plates
1/16 inch thick Neoprene Gaskets
1/4” stainless steel bolts with vinyl sleeving
Stainless Steel end plates (Sr- cells only)
2- 3/8 NPT ports, 304 stainless steel (Sr-Cells only)

Nice , pricey , but nice.

I think the SS end plates will solve a lot of problems. Should be able to increase back pressure to the cell. Thats a good thing.

Why did he weld on threads, a 1" piece of SS tube will do the job?

With 1/32 gaskets, are you monitering the cell temp ?

95-115*F after 8 hours of running in the Florida sun.

Perfect temps.

Are you using Sids 20ga plates ? Wondering if the plates are sturdy enough to run tighter gaps.
