On my Sid cell I have a total of 4 holes, two upper holes and two lower holes. One of the lower holes I have a drain valve in place while the other lower hole is my inlet of electrolyte. My question would there be a benifit using both gas outlet to the bubbler? Would this cut down on the amount of electrolyte being carried to the bubbler?

for my dry cell - it is smaller, I only have two holes, bith on top, and one for reservoir and other is gas outlet.

With the size of the generator I would think having gas outlet on both sides would be beneficicial. Gives less resistance on the gas as it tries to get out of the cell.
How did you line your plates so perfectly? I can't seem to get them to lay like that
Also I see you have nylon bolts going inside of the gaskets on the plates. How do you seal them from the other plates or do you just let the electrolyte to leak between them where all the bolt holes are?

Im not sure about him but if your going to put bolts through the plates the gaskets should be cut with the holes for the bolts, so the electrolyte doesnt run through them holes.

THat's what I was kinda thinking, so for each bolt hole you have to cut a circular gasket with a larger diameter than the hole? Is there a trick to it, b/c doing it with an exacto knife would take forever with all the holes there.

here's a pic with common dry cell parts, and you can cut the holes with a utility knife or a small hole say or punch. Oh and this is not mine.

My Seigrene Diamond Cell has 5/8 inch gaskets and it has holes for the bolts going through the gaskets and I also have plastic tubing covering the bolts. My bolts are 1/4 inch steel.

Here is the trick to getting the plates in complete alignment. You do not need to worry about leaking around the bolt holes... In the photo you see I used wooden dowels but I found that sliding on the plates over the dowels started carving the dowels with the very sharp plate edges. I know use 3/8" fiberglass dowels. As for the nylon bolts many in these forums do not like them, but I have never has a problem. No leaks... The nylon bolts do not allow you to tighten the bolts so tight that you start pushing the neoprene gaskets out from the plate and or warp the plates. I honestly could remove the bolts and the plates would remain together. Neoprene when put together wet becomes sticky. It took me 4 hours to pry all my plates apart when I took the cell apart for the photos below. Link to my entire project, http://www.hhoforums.com/showthread.php?t=2542
