How much heat (BTU's) do you get in a KWH?‏

1.0 kilowatt hour = 3413 Btu/hr

If you have a 1,000 Watt toaster, heater, broiler, light bulb, steam iron, etc. and you run in for 60 minutes you will derive 3,413 BTU's of heating.

If you just sit in the room for an hour, your body will give off 500 BTU of heat. This is why crowded rooms get so darn hot.

If you use a 2.5 COP heat pump to heat your house instead of straight electrical heating you will obtain 2.5 x 3,413 BTU/hr.

This is a gain of 2.5 over strip heating, but in the true sense NOT generating 2.5 OU.

There is no way to take electricity, make HHO, and get more than 3,413 BTU/hr from burning the HHO.

Use electrical heating, it is cheaper and safer.

Better yet, use a heat pump.
