would water vapor burn?

I have a vacuum pump that is used for evacuating A/C systems. At 29.5 inches of mercury, water turns to vapor. With a plasm spark, would it ignite? Anybody have an thoughts?

Or this. The exhasut of my vacuum pump could be routed through a very fine SS mesh electrode. Think electrolysis would occur on the vapor?

I doubt it would. You still have to split the water molecules. Water vapor in itself is not "split".

OK, as with a catalytic converter if the mesh of the electrodes were fine enough, would the water vapor be induced to split? Or as Meyers did would a plasma spark be enough to split and ignite?
