Found this very helpful on making a cell, buying a cell, or comparing cells.

You can pause the video and read all the notes as he goes. I don't know if all this is correct or true but from reading many posts and different sites it seems to be.

The information in his video reference efficiency is certainly worth digesting. Learning to compute simple MMW efficiency ratings will give you a good key as to peoples claims.

Unfortunately, bad cell design is common in production units which leads to water boiling and steam vapour along with heat expansion of the HHO inflating the LPM readings. Any reputable MMW quotation should also include temperature.
