hi,any one know how can i use vac to make hho?
i now the high voltage will make heat........not problem to me:)

If by VAC you mean AC voltage instead of DC then the answer is that you can't with straight AC, it won't produce anything due to the fast polarity switching. However, you can get yourself or build a bridge rectifier to turn the AC into pulsed DC (Radio Shack carries them) and use that.
Just be careful, death lurks here.

Yeah be really careful with it and DON'T work anything with that high of a voltage hot. DC is alot different that AC and 120V of DC is really wicked.
