View Full Version : Amoeba Cell with New Connectors

Latest design using a single 13/32" hole.

A 1/8" ID PEX tubing has a 1/8" slot in its bottom through the cell for gas and electrolyte.

The hose clamps seal the tubing to the PEX and they form a push off point to unthread the 2 threaded pieces of CPVC/PEX that compresses the rubber gasket against the end plates.

First run was 1 Liter in 57 seconds with 14 V @ 11.8 A for 6.37 MMW.

(as a side note, I know you folks in florida love the sun and warm weather, but did you guys have a leap year while in illinois we only had 28 days in Feb. this year?? HAHA..your video says 2/29/09 at the beginning LOL :D )
