Now that is a loaded question!!
I think Larry Jarbo (spelling???) has a Bob Boyce cell that has been measured (and confirmed by others) at slightly over 7MMW.
Smack claims 9+MMW with his new BB smack cell.... and from 1 video I can see it making steam......
Point is there are tons of claims out there.... Your best bet it to do some research and find a design that works best for your application. (There is no 1 best for all applications.)
