Can anyone tell or show me how to wire a relay, breaker and a switch. For at least a 40amp service.

Follow the relay diagram for the pin numbers/location.

Tha 40 A has zero to do with it.

You switch the relay coil with 12 V low A and the relay closes the higher current contacts that powers the cell.
