I have been trying to get all of the kinks worked out of my system to make it's output as much as can be expected. I ran my jeep about 1 hour and used an infared temp gauge to measure the distilled water/electrolyte temp. The max I have seen it is about 140 degrees. Is this too hot? I cannot remember at what temp. does the HHO production stop or slow down? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Production will increase with heat due to the heat decreasing resistance in your cell, however, at 140 F you will be adding steam vapour to your HHO inflating your LPM readings.

I would aim for a cell that doesn't exceed 110 - 120 F.

We realize that when we pour 5amps worth of catalyst which was only 3ml of catalyst solution NaOh (sodium hydroxide). It hits to 12amps when its operationally hot. But we have no worries as we use 304L steel for its outer shell and 316L for steel plates. The unit works pretty fine! I guess hot seems to be pretty good.
