On of my friend told me, checking my water from the cell that there is a lot more ²H2O than should be when I work on waccum.

If I remember my chemistry terminology correctly, 2H2O simply refers (in an equation) to two molecules of water being a product.
I believe Stephane is referring to running a generator under vacuum and that increasing production.

It's what we found out when we were checking a cell in vacuum run.
without vacuum, the % of D2O is the same as usual.
Perhaps that's why vacuum give more "power" to the gas.
