Bubbler height

Does it matter about the height of the cell to bubbler relationship? Which is better for the bubbler to be higher than the cell or the cell being higher to the bubbler or does it not matter?

Sealed cell or wet cell?

With sealed/dry cells the cell has to be lower than the reservoir. Some people’s reservoirs double as a bubbler so...

I don’t think it really matter with wet cells.
