A: Get 3 ATX supplies from junk PC's.

Connect the 5 Volts in series for a regulated 30 Amp supply.

B: Get a big old microwave and remove its transformer "MOT".

Hack off the secondary wiring and rewire it with about 14 turns of #14 wire.

Buy a bridge rectifier from Ebay or 4 power diodes. About $10

A: Is better and easier if you can scrounge 3 PC's.

You can get a Tyco/Bosch 30/40 amp relay with harness (5 wire) for about $7 shipping included on eBay. Just keep looking you will find it. Works just fine and easy to hook up. Takes about a week to get delivered but well worth the wait to save the cash.

Also check out US Plastics for plastic parts including nylon rods. Good prices.

Let me add this very important item:

Bubbler fluid reservoir (coolant return tank)

Quest 1.5 Qt (larger available) Slimline Coolant Reservoir

High Density Polyethylene
Pop-off lid that snaps on

$7.99 - AutoZone

**Note: I have found that the only mod this tank needs is a approximately 1/8" thick round neoprene foam (shore 50 or 60 OO) gasket to replace the neoprene 1/16" (shore 40 A) gasket that comes with the unit. It's very possible to find what you need at Walmart or another local store. I ordered my gasket material here:
