is there anyone within range of the central San Joaquin Valley, California...
anywhere from Fresno to Bakersfield...
I'm looking for anyone with a working hho device and an OBDII vehicle... any make or model... must be willing to let me monitor your vehicle via OBDII while you are driving your vehicle down the road...
I want to begin collecting data on what the hho does to the ECU... the newer the vehicle, the better... but any vehicle after 1996 will do...
I will consider reimbursing expenses, but contact me first...
