So I have 3LPM going on my dry cell and no gain. I had an efie installed, voltage was boosted 0.20 then up to 0.30, still nothing. I took it off and reconnected the 02 s back to normal. Still no gain, and engine light came back on. I'm going to put the efie back on and start at 0.04, I read that another guy on here has a jeep with a 4.0 and did that, by the way, I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee with 4.0L.
So, here is my question, what is the difference with a map and efie? Is the map just more easily adjustible?

because of how the computer uses info from the O2, it may take a while for the computer to adjust fuel up or down.

This is for Richard. You might want to recheck your out put again because 3 LPM is extremely high.

Bell, It is 3LPM, using 1/2 cup of KOH and a lot of amps, not sure how many yet but it is probably in the 40 to 60 range at least I would think.

I have 4.0 98 Jeep Wrangler and have doubled the highway mileage. First back off the K0H. You are drawing way too many amps. Forget the 02 sensors and adjust the voltage down on your MAP sensor. Get a 40k ohm pot and a 10k ohm pot. Turn the 10k pot all the way to max. Start the 40k pot all the way off. Turn up the 10k pot until the engine stumbles. Then turn down the 10k pot until the engine is smooth again. You should see good gains. 1lpm is enough HHO.

H20Pwr, I'm not really knowledgeable in small circuit board stuff like that. Is this a simple process or should I just buy a map senor device? Thanks for the input

Try using your efie again with small tweaks and a day or so driving In btween, you may just be going too fast.Start with about 200mv and slowly tweak up,this may take up to a week with patience, longer without.

Thanks HG2, that was the same response I got from the guys at fuelsaver-mpg.com . I'm going to increase it 0.05 each time, maybe run 100 miles on each. I think the max I want to go is 0.425 right? Being that 0.45 is optimal running range on 02s by them selves. I used the efie with no hho to crank up volts as far as possible to choke the engine, I had to crank the efie up to .60 or 0.65 + what the o2s were putting out themselves. Pretty high I thought but I guess that's the way mine works. Then again, that would put you right about at 1.0 volts so I guess that is right. My new o2s are running in the 0.40 to 0.65 range. I live in a higher altitude, not too high, but I am in the Northern Virginia area around the blue ridge mountains, I assume altitude has a little to do with it. Anyway, thanks again to all of you who have helped me out. I'm waiting on a new reservoir tank that I ordered, the Mickey Mouse tank from Auto Zone has a small outlet hole on the bottom and I seems the water is not going back into dry cell as fast as it is getting pushed out, plus I'm getting a lot of bubbles too and I'm assuming thats from the cell not being full enough. Thanks again.
