Does anyone know how to convert HHO production of liters/hour into BTU/h?

I'm working on a design to supplement/replace my oil-fired hot water boiler fuel source with HHO. Goal: to generate up to 1000 BTU/minute HHO with a sizeable system using rectified 120VAC (to DC) line voltage.

Thanks

I've thought of this idea also, so I ran the hho gas out of the electrolyzer
and thur the bubbler and then onto bunsen burner. All was fine til the pressure dropped in the electrolyzer and the flame supported by fuel and oxygen running down the same supply line backflashed into the bubble unit.
So need I say more. bang. So what type of burner do you intend on using?
I'm still interested in this idea. just haven't figured out what type of orfice I should use..Currently my electrolyzer is a smack idea inside a 4" pvc container with sight level indicator, pressure switch that will maintain between 6 and 15 psig.
Keep looking in the forum there is a btu rating in here somewhere. also and
idea would be to heat a storage tank of fluid and draw off this for your heating application be it for heat or domestic hot water(shower). This way you would not need such a large unit. A smaller unit operating for a longer period. watts are watts over a period of time and watts convert into btu's.
