Emissions tests

Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but I am wondering if anyone has had an emission test before and after adding hho to their car, proving the cleaner burn.

We're supposed to be getting a new 5-gas analyzer at work sometime in the next couple of months (although I have doubts due to recent economic issues.) If it comes through I can do with/without HHO tests back to back for some real results.
