Lets see if we can come up with a good number here.

LPM/SqIn @30Amps and whatever concentration gets you there without heat runaway.

Painless's latest numbers
1.76/150@27Amps = .01173

I'd like to hear from smith and the rest of you.oh, and 30 is not set in stone, I chose it because of the 30Amp PWMs we can get.

I am afraid I dont understand your point. Why do we need to know LPM/sq inch?

it might turn out to be a constant. then, to get a certain LPM, you just size up your plates.

To many variable IMO to come up with such a number.

Voltage
Amps
Alloy of your electrodes
Type of electrolyte
Concentration of electrolyte
Plate configuration
wet cell or dry cell ...
...

MMW may be the best way to analyze what is best

4.89 MMW

I figured out a constant a while back based on Square inches but I can't remember... That was too far back...

yeah, but unless you post the size of your plates, MMW doesn't tell someone how to get the same output.

some of the variables can be assumed or neglected.
V: ~14 constant in most vehicles
Plate Material, consensus is 316 or 316L
A: 30 or less depending on system
KOH or NaOH, doesn't seem to matter aside from corrosion consideration.
concentration and amps seem to be directly tied.

obviously, bad designs will suck the amps, or require too much KOH to work at all.

furthermore, lets assume you either have a dry cell, wrapped cell, or space every other neutral to negate leakage across the edges.

what I am looking for is, assume a good design, what kind of area do you need to get the needed output.
So, lets try for MMW of at least 4.5 and calculate SCALING of these designs.

Interesting question, my hunch is the cells with more Sq ins will have lower LPM / sq inches numbers.

I guess we can just Post our MMW# and Sq ins # and maybe come to some average. List them in order 2 ways, descending Sq inches, & descending MMW.

When measuring SQ"s should we include the back side of our outer most electrodes?

no, I don't think so, just producing surfaces.
that way measurements are the same for dry and wet cells.
