I was looking at my spreadsheet I was keeping with all my HHO expenses on it(I do this because my gen is part of a school project) and was wondering if anybody has saved more money than they have spent?

I know this is not the cause for me. I am about 300 dollars in the hole.

I have $150 (smacks booster) and efie, although I already have a plan in my head for a new gen. It seems the average increase in mpg in around 30%. A car with bad gas milliage will make up for the hho cost quicker than a car with great mpg to start with. I am now spending about 120-150 a month on gas. figure the average increase with hho and im down to $110 a month. 150x.30=39 150-39=111. in 4 months i will have saved $156.

My gen in my truck has already paid for itself. At $1200 a month for fuel it adds up quick.

haha stay single as long as you can redneck. I understand what you mean about people saying this is stupid. my Wife nags me about sitting on this forum all day and i tell her its going to save us gas. When i read her the results thread she asked when i was putting one in her car. did you find your pots for your efie yet?

I have decided to skip the efie until I can find a cell that suites me. I have a dry cell currently in construction and am hoping that it will be my last one. Then off to an efie(if I need one) then maybe a TEG.

whre did you find plans for a dry cell? ive been reading a lot about it here but havnt seen anything in action. Is it supposed to be more efficient?

I'm going to check those out. What are the benefits of the dry cell, over the "traditional" cells?

in a bath or wet setup, current is able to follow the magnetic field lines from one side of a neutral plate to the other by aid of the electrolyte.
This is not usefull as if does not make any gas by doing that.

It is not able to do so in the air in a dry cell where the edges are not submerged in a conductive material.

the only way current makes its circuit is by the electrolyte BETWEEN the plates making HHO (well, not really but you get the idea, the elements are pulled apart).

sound good to anyone else?

Produce more with less heat.
