distilled water vs electrolyte kits.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any kits that only use distilled water. I am starting to see problems develop with the use of KOH. Also, what are your opinions on distilled kits vs the ones that use electrolytes. I know some people will say you can produce hho quicker and more efficiently but I remember I saw a kit awhile back that produced about 1.2 liters of hho at 10 amps. If anyone finds this link it would be appreciated

they suggest using distilled water cause there's no chlorine or many other particals in it so it wont attack the plates wierdy, and so when adding a catalyst (electrolyte) it will give better results.

Distilled water is boiled and evaporated, and than collected, reverse osmosis is ran though a series of filter down to 0.0000002 microns
