Hello.
I new to this. And after unsuccessful buy of my first hho kit from eBay!!!!! I realize that to make it work properly I need to make one myself. This is my first attempt. I have not received my plates yet so did not start on sell (all of my plates are 316 and 3” by 6”).
I need to know if I am on the right track, so any comments, suggestion and remarks well help a lot!!
Thanks.

I'm not sure why you have two outlets at the bottom of cell? I don't know what kind of electrolite you want to use, But the brass will corrode very fast. My cell had two brass pieces on it and in just a few minutes it corroded. I really like the looks of it, I can't wait to see finished unit. Oh yeah nice floor!:)

I have one question, is the floor laminate?

Seriously though, I'm guessing your SS cannister is your negative electrode as well???

Two outlets at the bottom of cell they are for cooling IN and OUT. If you can see in one of the pictures brass bolts are all coated with epoxy. I hope I don’t get any corrosion from them.

No. This floor is not laminate. It’s prefinished ¾ hard wood :)
It wasn't in my plans to use canister as negative electrode. But all give it a shot sins I have this option. Thanks for the idea.!!

I agree with hydrotinkerer. Keep a really close eye on those brass barbs. I've used them too, but they are always out of the electrolyte.

Something to keep in mind about those canisters... they are very thin walled. I tried one like it in an earlier experiment. They are also a fairly low grade of stainless steel. Mine was magnetic, you may want to check if yours is.
