Does anyone know how to keep the rusty water from going in the intake but letting the hho thru? I don't want lye going in my motor.

Increase the distance between the top of the water and your HHO exit. Another thing that might work is to add one of those bronze wool spark arresters right at your generator. No foam will get through the wool intact and if your line is big enough so that you don't have a lot of pressure going out, any residue might drain back into your generator. Just make sure the wool thingy is directly uphill from the generator.

Good idea, I will do that. I use distilled water and lye but it still gets purdy ugly looking.
