Its a measurement of efficiency of a HHO generator. It stands for Millimeters per Minute per Watt. Here is a good calculator:

It is probably the best way to fairly compare electrolyzers.

Shouldn't that be mililiters per minute, per watt?

Milimeters is a linial measurement, not an electrical unit.

Yes. it is mililiters and not milimeters.

In all fairness to Q-Hack and 3:00 in the morning posting, MMW is an acronym for millimeter wave in the far infrared band.
