I am very happy with the Generator that I built, but I didn't achieve the gain in mpg that I wanted to.

MY QUESTION: Where should I install the inlet for my 2000 4.3 liter v6 Chevy engine????

Right now I have it plumed into the hose right before the butterfly and after the map sensor.

HERE IS SOME VIDEOS OF MY SYSTEM.

From what I know about MAP and MAF sensors, you would want to place the inlet before the sensor, otherwise you would essentially be creating a sort of vacuum leak effect as the gas/air will not be metered properly. This could obviously cause you to run richer and ect. On the other hand, it looks like you may have decent fuel management from viewing your videos so this may not be such an issue for you.

BTW - In the case of MAF sensor, it might make more sense to place it after the sensor and try to tune the difference cause those elements can heat up.
