I recently recieved information that some speed shops can reprogram the ECU to allow for the mods required to allow for the use of hho. Does anyone know of anyone or have tried doing this themselves. I would be greatly interested in this rather than add all the extra controls for sensor adjustments.

It depends on the year of the vehicle. 96+ went to OBDII ecm and can not be reprogrammed. -95 is OBDI and can be reprogrammed. There are conversion harnesses available. I converted my '00 Honda Prelude a couple years ago for other performance reasons but I can have the chip reprogrammed now for different fuel and timing maps to use HHO. Thanks, Wesley
