Is it difficult to build or aquire a unit that does this?

MICROCONTROLLED SYSTEM
Exclusive electronic system. Amps monitor, water level monitor, temperature protection and control electronic signal (EFIE O2 sensors, MAP,MAF,IAT).
Allows you to always start you vehicle in normal gasoline mode. After 15 sec. automatically start Hydrogen production and adjust the
vehicle electronics sensors for max. performance. Visual and audible beeper monitoring dashboard box.

Thanks

Should I try an electronics forum?
