finally got my #3 IPS solvent and went ahead and made my box... the sides didnt come out completely flat so i had to go ahead and use some silicone along the bottom to seal the seams that i missed... i went ahead and sealed the entire inside along each seam with silicone and used some of it on my main terminals leading to my plate packs to prevent a little extra current leakage... this thing is running great and i finally figured out how to seall off the top... i used a thick bead of silicone along the top and put two tiny screws poking out in each corner at all 4 corners... i used 4 large screws, one for each corner, and fastened them down with a washer and used those small screws as rigidity to hold back the nut for each screw (to tighten it down).... i ran some extra silicone along the top of the box to seal all the holes and let it dry and i blew thru the output tube and i had no leakage at all... this thing really puts out some and im up for suggestions on a bubbler or flashback arrestor cuz rite now im running strait into my intake with nothing holding it back... this lexan is really wonderful and works awesome... i have no need to worry about temperature anymore... btw when i mention silicone, its the RTV blue by permatex... and my plate design is 2 sets of 8 in pattern of +NN--NN+... the first two pictures show how i mounted the lid and the rest show the layout and the production which i predict is 1 lpm or more but i have yet to check amperage and output cuz it seems that i can add more electrolyte at this point... rite now its 1 tsp KOH in 3/4 gallons of water

#3 is really runny and doesn't work well unless edges are really straight and smooth. If you don't want to be precise with accurate cuts and routing, 16 or 40 will fill voids. I've not had good luck with silicone adhearing for periods of time. I've used high density hobby/rubber foam with multiple fasteners for lids in the past with other types of reactors. I wish you the best with your system. :)
