Made you say "WHAT" didn't I ? Seriously I do have this question. How would the water current flow through a booster (using a water pump to help keep it cool) effect the unwanted electrical current skipping around the plates? My guess is it wouldn't because the water flow would be to slow to make any difference but I'm not sure. Thanks.

Hey overtaker,

I don't think that there's much you can do to stop the current flowing around the ends of any plates in a electrolyte solution its to conductive. Maybe you could try something simular to a lead acid battery with the plates crammed into grooves something the like the new Bob Boyse HHO cell might work.

I had great results by building my plates with plexiglas either end as a current block.

That would work good ...... the grooves just give the current a longer path to travel.
