hello guys a quick question,

wich is the most efficient in cooling, a PWM or a small Radiator with a electric pump? which one would cool better, reduce the amp draw and produce more hydrogen??

IMHO it's the type of cell you build & how much solution you put into the water to act as an electrolyte.
